Our Commitment

We provide a 1-month free trial with full Pro access so you can thoroughly evaluate if InkWeave fits your workflow. You can cancel anytime during this period with no charge whatsoever.
Refund Eligibility
⚠ General Policy: No Refunds
Because we offer an extensive free trial, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once charged. This includes all subsequent monthly renewals.
There is one exception: If you experience a severe technical issue or bug that completely prevents you from using the software, please contact us within 7 days of your first charge. We will review these requests on a case-by-case basis.

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through Lemon Squeezy to prevent future charges:
- Visit your Lemon Squeezy customer portal via the link in your purchase confirmation email
- Or contact us at de4252311@gmail.com and we will help you cancel
After cancellation, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.

- Your purchase email address
- Your order number (found in your Lemon Squeezy receipt)
- A detailed description of the technical issue
